Learn how to play the acoustic, classical, electric or bass guitar
You can also learn how to read music or write songs.
There are three way to have lessons
1. One-to-one tuition
2.Ten week group course.
3.Tailor made course/workshop for you organization

1. One-to-one Lesson

One-to-one tuition costs from £15 per hour or £10 per half hour

2. Ten week group Course

Courses start September, January and April and each one lasts for 10 weeks.
Courses are suitable for adults or teenagers who want to learn, and is willing to practice everyday. The classes are small with no more than 4 people per course.
Twelve week group course costs £60 for the whole course.

If you do not have a guitar I can loan you one for the duration of the course.

Beginners - If you are a total beginner having never touched a guitar and with no musical experience, you can learn to play the guitar well enough to accompany songs,
If you don't have a guitar as instruments can be hired from me subject to availability. I can also advise you on where to get a guitar and the type of guitar to buy.

Improvers - If you have be playing the guitar for months or years and seem to be stuck in a rut I can help you out of the rut by showing you inversions of chords, teaching you music theory (which is how music works and how chords are made up), teaching you to read music, teaching you how to solo (play a melody line), plus much more in order to move you playing to the next level.

In the past we have looked at  fingerpicking, modes, scales, reading rhythms.

Advanced

Learn complex fingerpicking, scales, modes. Gain a in depth knowledge of chords.

Fingerpicking styles - Aimed at anyone who know more than two chord and has not done fingerpicking before.

We will learn fingerpicking to accompany songs as well as ragtime, folk, blues and classical style fingerpicking.
